Part Time Overnight Concierge

About the role

All of our Associates have an important role at Brightview Senior Living! The Overnight Concierge welcomes and engages residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone, answers questions, performs safety checks, monitors security systems including the emergency call system, and assists the Business Office Director with clerical assignments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone.
• Answer any questions that residents and guests may have.
• Perform regular safety checks of the community.
• Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly.
• The Overnight Concierge will also assist the Business Office Director with clerical assignments.

Qualifications

As a Concierge, you are self‑motivated and act with integrity. Your organizational, communication, and customer service skills are very strong. Relevant experience includes Healthcare, Hospitality, Reception, Office Assistant, Front Desk, Administrative Assistant, Guest Services, or Security.

Pay

Salary range: USD $18.50 – USD $21.25 per hour.
