Part-Time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Seeking experienced therapists (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist) to join a supportive, innovative outpatient practice. Role And Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.Manage a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week, providing high-quality care and creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals.Collaborate with team members, case managers, families, and other professionals to coordinate services.Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and maintain professional standards and boundaries.Utilize flexibility in scheduling, including in-person sessions at least one weekend day, with virtual options on other days. Qualifications And Skills Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution.Massachusetts clinical licensure or working towards licensure.Experience with diagnostics, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and familiarity with community resources and insurance billing.Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems, with ability to complete documentation timely.Ability to demonstrate appropriate boundaries and pass a background check.
