Be a part of a national movement to end the stigma, fill the gaps, and bring greater innovation to mental health! We are looking for passionate and creative licensed or licensed-candidate therapists to join our team in Greeley, CO and Northern Colorado. Part-time roles involve seeing between 10 and 20 clients weekly, with flexible scheduling to meet caseload needs.

About the role

As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Ellie provides centralized administrative, technology, referral, and inquiry support, client/therapist matching, initial scheduling, and ongoing billing and collections to minimize administrative burdens and allow you to focus on supporting clients.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including treatment plan reviews and case notes according to company policy.
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
  • Contribute to a thriving team culture.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • On track to obtain licensure in your designated field (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LPCC, etc.) with a valid license to practice in Colorado.
  • General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation.
  • Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
  • Pass a background check.

Qualifications

  • Licensed clinicians who are currently credentialed with insurance panels are a plus.
  • Bilingual clinicians are a plus.
  • Availability for evenings and/or weekends is a plus.

Pay

$22,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year

Additional Information

This position is located in Greeley, CO and serves clients typically in person, with the option for telehealth where clinically indicated. This role will report to the location’s Clinic Manager. Flexible work-from-home options are available.
