Part Time - Outpatient

Travel-based outpatient physical therapist position.

Responsibilities

• Manage treatment plans for diverse diagnoses in an outpatient setting to promote positive patient outcomes
• Deliver outpatient physical therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Ensure quality patient care

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Active state physical therapy license
• Recent outpatient experience
• Supervisory references
• Successful completion of drug and background screens

Schedule

5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (40 hours total).
