Responsibilities

  • Recommend gear and products to customers to help them achieve their running goals.
  • Take care of customers and communities by providing personalized solutions and support.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, vendors, and peers.
  • Listen to customer needs and outfit them with everything they need to start or continue their running journey.

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 worked hours (2 shifts) per week, one regular weekend shift, and closing shift availability.
  • Moderate to heavy (10-30+lb) lifting, bending, and reaching overhead.
  • Substantial communication with customers, work in a retail setting with product displays, stockroom with inventory, use of cutting devices to break down boxes, and potentially slippery surfaces.
