About the role

The Sales Outfitter plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This position involves greeting and acknowledging customers promptly and courteously, handling merchandise with care, and providing necessary information and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Supports world-class customer service and provides a pleasant shopping experience.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and assists customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintains product knowledge through ongoing training and remains updated on advertised sales and pricing.
• Restocks merchandise as required and keeps the work area clean and well-stocked.
• Operates a point-of-sale register system and follows company policies and procedures.
• Assists with seasonal floor moves and communicates effectively with coworkers and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Basic math skills for calculating discounts and making change.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
