About the role
You'll help seniors stay in their own homes instead of a facility. That means helping with bathing, dressing, and getting around safely. Making meals. Light housekeeping. Medication reminders. And a lot of the time, just being a steady, kind presence in someone's day. We match you with clients that fit your experience and the hours you actually have.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and mobility

- Provide companionship
Requirements
- Six months of hands-on caregiving experience (caring for a family member counts)
- California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to obtain it (we'll walk you through it)
- Current TB clearance
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
Pay
$18–$21 per hour, paid every two weeks — with same-day pay option through PayActiv.
