Part-Time Optometrist — Partnership Track | Bridgewater, NJ

Lumos Eyecare, inside Costco Bridgewater, is seeking a part-time optometrist with a clear path to partnership in a specialty-driven practice focused on dry eye, myopia management, orthokeratology, and scleral lenses.

About the role

This is a 1099 contractor position with profit-sharing potential for the right candidate. The practice is built around advanced technologies such as OptiLIGHT, BlephEx, Nulids, and Ocumetra myopia risk reporting. The role offers a collaborative environment with experienced doctors (Dr. Amjad, Dr. Patel, Dr. Gajera) and modern EHR systems, designed to balance Costco's foot traffic with clinical depth.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialty care in dry eye and myopia management
• Utilize advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies
• Work collaboratively with a team of experienced optometrists
• Handle in-house referrals for specialty cases
