Lead Therapist - Part-time

Join a supportive rehab team at Christian Care Community of Allen, a skilled nursing facility dedicated to exceptional patient care and collaborative teamwork. This role blends hands-on therapy services with peer leadership, program development, and clinical support. Open to Occupational Therapists (OT) or Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) licensed in Texas.

About the role

The Lead Therapist supports the rehabilitation department by delivering high-quality therapy services within their licensed discipline (OT or SLP). This non-supervisory, peer leadership role involves assisting with team coordination, scheduling, and daily operational flow while serving as a clinical resource and liaison for the DOR, RVP, facility staff, and Continuum leadership. Responsibilities include promoting compliance, clinical excellence, and program development to ensure patient success, as well as providing mentorship, team support, and quality assurance—all while remaining focused on direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services within your licensed discipline (OT or SLP).
• Assist with team coordination, scheduling, and daily operational flow.
• Serve as a clinical resource and liaison for the DOR, RVP, facility staff, and Continuum leadership.
• Promote compliance, clinical excellence, and program development to ensure patient success.
• Provide mentorship, team support, and quality assurance as a peer leader (non-supervisory).

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Texas.
