Part-Time Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk

Responsibilities

• Select and gather customer orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Maintain accuracy, cleanliness, and organization of staging areas.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members, handle substitutions, and follow safety and food standards.
• Use POS systems, report discrepancies, and assist in training new team members.
• Ensure a positive customer experience to encourage repeat online shopping.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to work independently, read shelf tags, perform basic math, and communicate well.
• Experience in personal shopping, warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles is preferred.
• Must follow directions, act with honesty, and handle conflict professionally.
• Capable of supporting diverse customer needs, including minors and seniors.
• Able to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
