Part-Time Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk

About the role

In-Store Grocery Shopper responsible for selecting, assembling, and loading online customer orders with a focus on freshness, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for online orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Process coupons, payments, and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers.
• Scan, bag, and organize orders while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Load orders into customers' vehicles and ensure order accuracy upon pickup.
• Follow store policies, food safety procedures, and legal requirements.
• Report discrepancies, maintain equipment, and assist in training new team members.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs professionally and promptly.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, meet productivity goals, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and read shelf tags.
• Basic math and strong communication skills.
• Experience in shopping, warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles preferred.
• Ability to support diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with disabilities, and older adults.
• Must perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
