Part-Time Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk

About the role

Select, assemble, and process customer online orders with a focus on freshness and quality. Initiate and complete order selection, scan and bag items following standards, and communicate any substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.

Responsibilities

• Load orders into customers' cars
• Process payments via POS
• Maintain order accuracy
• Ensure a positive customer experience to encourage repeat business
• Train new team members
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Report equipment issues
• Support diverse customer needs, including minors and individuals with special needs
• Adhere to safety, food safety, and company policies

Qualifications
