Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Office Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 3 years of office management experience who enjoys maintaining a well-organized work environment and supporting daily operational needs. The Office Manager will oversee supplies, facilities, workstations, visitor coordination, and employee engagement activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment. This is a on-site, part-time position offering opportunities to develop your administrative leadership skills within a dynamic, technology-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory by purchasing and stocking supplies, snacks, and beverages
  • Organize office essentials including shelves, bins, benches, and supplies to maintain cleanliness and order
  • Keep the office, kitchen, and lobby areas tidy and welcoming
  • Cookise with building management and contractors for deliveries, access, and office maintenance needs
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors for technical support, such as printer and conference room video teleconferencing (VTC) fixes
  • Receive, ship, and manage packages efficiently
  • Set up workstations for new hires, including cable management, monitor setup, and onboarding logistics
  • Assist with visitor reception, including greeting guests and managing the Envoy guest registration system
  • Support employee experience activities like coordinating catered meals, planning team events, and capturing photos for marketing purposes

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative support roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Office Organization, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Inventory Management systems
  • Ability to manage inventory and supplies efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and proactive in managing facility and logistical needs

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment or technology company
  • Knowledge of office facilities management and basic IT troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting event planning and employee engagement initiatives
