About the role
Mccauley Commons in Detroit is seeking a part-time Office Coordinator to support property operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors.
- Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems for property documents and records.
- Aid with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Support property management staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Monitor inventory and order office supplies as necessary.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
