About the Role

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients with individualized, one-on-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to integrate skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life. Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized occupational therapy services to pediatric patients (birth to age 21).
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans to meet each child’s needs.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Engage parents and caregivers in sessions to support skill carryover at home.
  • Participate in mentorship, peer-to-peer learning, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain a patient-first mentality with reasonable caseloads for individualized care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Passion for working with pediatric populations.

Pay

Compensation range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year (base salary). Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. This range does not include bonuses, benefits, or other forms of compensation.
