About the role
Hartsfield Village in Munster, IN, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a Part-time Occupational Therapist. Weekend day coverage preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess residents’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Indiana.
- At least one year of recent relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.

Pay
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
