Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for veterans based on their needs and abilities.
• Assess physical, cognitive, and psychosocial capabilities of veterans to guide treatment planning.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living activities, occupational performance, and overall quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed and implemented.
• Document progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience working with veterans preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Skills

• Proficiency in using OT assessment tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each veteran.

Pay

$25.00 per hour for Part-time positions.
