Part-Time Occupational Therapist

About the role

Provides specialized occupational therapy treatment programs for patients across all age groups, from neonatal to geriatric, following established practices and principles. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans. The float Occupational Therapist covers multiple locations, including acute/inpatient units, outpatient orthopedics, and neurologic rehabilitation, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; Doctorate (OTD) or Master's (MOT) in Occupational Therapy; candidates matriculated prior to 2007 may have relevant previous standards.
• Experience: Preferred: One year of clinical experience.
• Certification/Licensure: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required within ninety (90) days of start; Licensed Occupational Therapist from the relevant licensing board.
