Part-Time Occupational Therapist

About the role

Provide patient-centered occupational-therapy care in acute and post-acute settings on a PRN (weekend) basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans aimed at enhancing functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support recovery and safe discharge planning.
• Document patient progress and treatment details in the EMR.
• Contribute to a collaborative, faith-based environment while expanding clinical skills.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with relevant clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong focus on patient safety, functional improvement, and quality care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
