Part Time Nursing Supervisor

Seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee patient care, staff supervision, and hospital operations during assigned shifts. Responsibilities Include Promoting quality patient care, safety, and overall well-being.Coordinating with Admissions and Bed Control to manage patient flow and bed availability.Supervising nursing staff and managing staffing on a shift basis.Serving as the on-site hospital administrator after hours, assessing requests for administrator-on-call contact.Managing activities in the absence of administration or department leaders.Collaborating with the on-call administrator to activate disaster plans and coordinate responses.Maintaining communication with staff and ensuring operational efficiency. Qualifications Include Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years of hospital nursing experience with demonstrated clinical competency.Valid RN license in Georgia or multistate licensure.Current BCLS certification; ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications preferred.
