About the role

We are seeking a part-time Nursing Supervisor for a home health care company serving central New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical and paraprofessional staff deliver patient care in compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
• Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures by all service providers.
• Collaborate with management to recruit, supervise, and evaluate qualified caregivers.
• Maintain on-call support for clinical questions during and after office hours.
• Support new business initiatives.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensed in NJ.
• Home care and management experience within the last five years.
