Part Time Nurse – LPN or RN | NOC Shift

About the role

Augusta Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Part Time LPN or RN to join our NOC Shift team. As a nurse at Augusta Health & Rehabilitation, you will play an important role in providing quality care, supporting our residents' health and well-being, and collaborating with a team that values compassion, teamwork, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor, assess, and document changes in residents' conditions
• Communicate resident needs and changes with physicians, families, and the healthcare team
• Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants and other team members
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin LPN or RN license
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
• Compassionate approach when caring for others
• Ability to work independently while remaining part of a supportive healthcare team

Qualifications

Must be available to work scheduled shifts, including every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Pay

LPN Pay: $26.00/hour, RN Pay: $35.00/hour
