About
Lyngblomsten, a 225-bed care center located in Saint Paul near Como Park, is seeking Part-time NOC RNs!
Responsibilities
- Directs/coordinates/assists with provision of nursing care; facilitates the continuity of nursing activities between shifts
- Reviews resident conditions, prioritizes needs
- Serves as a resource to staff, residents, visitors, and other health care providers
- Counsels residents and their families regarding health care issues
- Conducts facility rounds observing for the appropriate provision of care including safety and privacy of residents, overall compliance with policies/procedures, rules/regulations, and addresses/corrects problems as indicated
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be licensed in Minnesota
- Must be CPR certified
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
