Part Time Nanny/Family Assistant
Family in Chesterfield, MO (63017) is looking for a part-time nanny/family assistant to start July 20, 2026 (flexible).
About the role
A kind and welcoming family seeks a reliable, caring, and experienced nanny/family assistant to primarily care for their 7-month-old infant while also providing light household support. The ideal candidate enjoys creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment through activities like play, reading, and developmental exercises.
The nanny will meet the baby’s daily needs—feeding, diapering, nap routines—and offer age-appropriate interaction. Additional household tasks include keeping shared spaces tidy, washing dishes, assisting with simple meal prep, and vacuuming during nap times.
The family’s two older children (ages 8 and 10) will be moving for school in August, and their 12-year-old will be home after school. They have one friendly retriever. Both parents work outside the home, so the nanny should feel confident working independently and managing the daily routine.
The family hopes to find a long-term nanny who will become a trusted and valued part of their support system.
Responsibilities
- Care for a 7-month-old infant: feeding, diapering, nap routines, and age-appropriate activities
- Engage the baby in play, reading, and developmental activities
- Maintain tidy shared spaces
- Wash dishes and assist with simple meal preparation
- Vacuum during nap times
Schedule
- Monday: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- Every other Wednesday: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- Friday: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Pay
$18–$24 per hour (W-2 payroll).
