We work with wonderful local families who are looking for reliable childcare, and we’re seeking nannies who genuinely enjoy working with children and want a flexible, rewarding position. Position Details Position: Part-Time Nanny Location: Ocala, FL and surrounding areas Schedule: Part-time; schedules vary based on family needs and nanny availability Pay: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and assignment Pay Schedule: Every FridayPart-time positions may include consistent weekly family placements, after-school care, daytime care, date nights, backup care, and occasional shifts. Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly Qualifications We are looking for candidates who are:Reliable, punctual, and responsible.Experienced working with children.Patient, engaging, and comfortable caring for children independently.Able to communicate professionally with parents and agency staff.Comfortable following family-specific routines and instructions.Able to provide professional childcare references.Willing to complete required screening and onboarding requirements.Must have reliable transportation that will remain with you while on shift.Experience may come from nannying, babysitting, daycare or preschool settings, camps, teaching, coaching, or other childcare-related positions. Responsibilities Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating any dietary restrictions.Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after activities and meals.Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and daily activities.Adapt to the unique needs and routines of each family, offering flexibility and reliability.Assist with homework and educational tasks, fostering a positive learning environment at home.
