Schedule

• Full-time: 30–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, ideal for long-term, stable placements with consistent routines.
• Part-time: Flexible shifts, perfect for students, teachers, or those seeking meaningful work around other commitments. Mornings, afternoons, or a few full days available.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for children across various age groups, from newborns to school-aged.
• Ability to use developmentally appropriate techniques to engage and nurture children.
• Proven track record of supporting children’s academic, creative, social, and emotional development.
• Strong communication skills for regular updates with parents.
• Adaptability to different family dynamics and household routines.
• Reliability and punctuality to build trust with families.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children’s growth.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and creativity.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating dietary needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, addressing potential hazards.
• Communicate effectively with parents on children’s progress and daily activities.
• Adapt to the unique needs of each family with flexibility and understanding.
• Assist with homework and educational tasks to support academic development.

Pay

$18 - $28 hourly
