Part-Time Nanny

Full-Time/Part-Time Nanny Opportunity Location: Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough County Pay: $19–$23/hour, depending on experience Schedule: 20-40 hours a week (Part-Time and Full-Time) We are currently hiring for a few families in the area. Schedules will vary but typically range between 20 and 40 hours per week. These positions are ideal for experienced, reliable nannies who are confident caring for infants and young children and who enjoy supporting families as they establish routines and long-term care relationships. Families are seeking hands-on, nurturing nannies to provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for infants and young children in a home setting. They are looking for someone who is gentle in nature, communicative, and committed to supporting developmental milestones in a safe, loving environment. This is a long-term position, and families are looking for a nanny who can offer stability and communication through key early childhood stages.Responsibilities Include:Providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for infants and young childrenSupporting early milestones such as tummy time, sensory play, reading, and structured activitiesMaintaining feeding and nap routines based on each child's cues and schedulePreparing bottles, sanitizing feeding equipment, and assisting with transitions such as solids when age-appropriateKeeping children upright after feedings when needed and monitoring overall well-beingEngaging children without screen time through crafts, reading, outdoor walks, and creative playChildren's laundry, tidying play areas and nurseries, and keeping child-related spaces organizedLight household support related to the children (e.g., kitchen cleanup after meals, dishwasher unloading when applicable)Occasional local errands related to the children or family needsCommunicating clearly with parents regarding routines, activities, and any health-related concerns
