Part-Time Nanny

About the role

We connect families with caregivers who bring warmth, reliability, and a genuine love for children. We're looking for individuals who can walk into a home with confidence, creativity, and kindness, and who can make a toddler belly laugh, soothe a newborn, or keep a busy household running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Helping children with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, and dressing
• Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Assisting in meal preparation and childcare during mealtimes
• Engaging in playtime and educational activities to support learning and development
• Supporting parents with household tasks as needed

Requirements

• Newborn, infant, toddler, and school-aged experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Passion for working with children and a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for part-time positions)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with basic child care and safety protocols
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Pay

$18 - $28 hourly

Schedule

This is a flexible, as-needed position with shifts that vary based on family requests. Full-time roles usually range from 30–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Part-time roles offer incredible flexibility, perfect for students, teachers, or anyone seeking meaningful work that still fits around other commitments.
