Part-time Multi-Property Custodian - Riverpark, Bismarck

About the role

The Multi-Property Custodian performs overall housekeeping services for the building, including turn cleaning of vacant units, under the direction of the Property Manager or Property Operations Manager. The role ensures a “sparkling clean” first impression of the property for residents and potential residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties for building common areas and vacant units.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness to create a positive impression for residents and visitors.
• Stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented and self-directed individual who is a team player.
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.

Pay

Starting pay is $16 per hour or more based on experience.

This is a part-time position.
