The Part Time Merchandiser plays a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and product visibility at the store level. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and providing recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
• Ensure all merchandise is displayed attractively and in compliance with company standards.
• Manage inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
• Collaborate with store associates to maintain a high level of customer service and store appearance.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
