About the Role

A Retail Associate position focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Model customer service practices and promote store culture
• Accurately process transactions (sales, returns, etc.)
• Support merchandising and store recovery efforts
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
• Participate in loss prevention and shrink reduction programs
• Engage with customers and collaborate with team members
• Adhere to store policies and procedures

Pay

Starting pay of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience.
