About the role

Deliver a positive shopping experience, maintain store organization, and support operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, embodying customer experience principles
• Process transactions accurately, support credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
• Support shrink reduction and adhere to policies and procedures
• Assist in cross-training across store areas as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Flexibility to support business needs and respond to change
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Retail experience preferred but not required
