About the role

Deliver a positive customer experience, maintain a clean store environment, and support operational standards. Engage with customers, embodying customer experience principles and fostering a positive store culture. Accurately process transactions, promote credit and loyalty programs, and assist with merchandise preparation and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across the store.
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and participate in safety awareness activities.
• Cross-train in various store areas to support business needs.
