Job Summary

The Crisis Residential Specialist QMHP is responsible for ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. This position operates in a dynamic environment, and performs case management, assessment, and/or service coordination work based on the program's guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Providing continuity of care services
  • Linking clients and families to all needed resources
  • Cooking, monitoring, and updating services and client goals
  • Providing necessary skills training
  • Assisting in crisis prevention
  • Providing community outreach
  • Coordinating, monitoring, and updating services and client goals
  • Collaborating with clients, first responders, and community stakeholders to address immediate mental health crisis and plan for future crisis relapse prevention
  • Following identified strategies for achievement of unit performance measures and ensuring the highest quality of care while effectively utilizing resources
  • Maintaining a trauma-sensitive workplace and fostering a supportive and welcoming environment of care

Requirements

  • Education: Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Licenses: Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience: MH/SA-related experience.

Pay

$24.18 - $25.39 an hour based on education, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.

Saturday - Sunday
8:00AM - 6:00PM
