Part Time - Membership Sales

About the role

We're looking for a confident, persuasive individual to join our team. You'll connect with clients at our dance classes, learn about their experiences, and present ways our membership options can help them achieve their goals. You'll also onboard new members and engage with our social media accounts.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients at our dance classes to understand their needs and how our membership options can benefit them.
• Present membership options that align with each client's goals and preferences.
• Onboard new members and ensure they are maximizing their membership benefits.
• Engage with our social media accounts during classes to observe the class experience and interact with attendees.
• Form meaningful rapport with everyone you meet.

Requirements

• Fun, values-driven, and obsessed with excellence.
• Confident and persuasive.
• Arbitrarily articulate.
• Reliable and able to work 1-2 classes per week, mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends.
• Have reliable transportation to travel between our 4 Charlotte locations: Open Door Studios, NC Dance District, Moxie Fitness Studio, and Abode Dance Academy.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.

Benefits

• Free dance classes included in compensation.
• Opportunity to earn commissions based on memberships or packages sold.

Pay

• $15 per class.

Schedule

• Work 1-2 classes per week, mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends.
• Travel between 4 Charlotte locations: Open Door Studios, NC Dance District, Moxie Fitness Studio, and Abode Dance Academy.
