Part Time Member Services and Custodian

About the Role

This overnight position combines custodial duties with member services to maintain a clean, welcoming environment and assist members during overnight shifts. You’ll ensure daily cleaning standards, assist with check-ins, tours, and enrollment, and foster a positive, judgment-free atmosphere where members can achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleaning standards to ensure a super clean facility.
• Assist members at the welcome desk with check-ins, tours, and enrollment.
• Promote a high-energy, positive atmosphere to support members’ fitness journeys.
• Deliver detail-oriented service to create "raving fans."

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Passion for serving others and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle cleaning chemicals.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual ability in Spanish is a plus.
• Custodial experience is helpful but not required.

Pay

$9 to $15 per hour.

Schedule

Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
