Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care within a Medical Telemetry unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and participates in safety and quality initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and documenting individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and evaluating patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting their values and preferences.
