Telemetry Nurse - Part Time Night

Role Overview

This is a part-time night shift RN position, offering 24 hours per week with benefits eligibility and sign-on bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation according to nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans collaboratively, considering patient preferences and barriers.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, maintaining safety in a high-alert environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN license, no prior experience needed.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, less than 2 years of experience.
