Part-time Medical Receptionist - Oak Ridge, TN

Day in the Life of a Medical Receptionist

• Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients and assisting with daily operations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offering a "white glove" experience.
• Guide new patients through their intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.

Requirements

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
• Lived addiction experience is a plus.
