About the Role
The Medical Assistant II supports patient care under a licensed practitioner's delegation, performing clinical duties such as vital signs, injections, and medication administration. They are fully competent in clinical functions, adhere to policies, and work in various shifts, including day, evening, and night.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited medical assistant program, registered apprenticeship, or military medical training, or at least one year of relevant work experience
- Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
- CPR/BLS certification within 30 days
- Healthcare and medical assistant experience preferred
- National Medical Assistant Certification (preferred)
