About the role
Join our team as an RN MDS Coordinator, responsible for completing the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in compliance with State and Federal regulations, ensuring quality resident care and advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Lead accurate and timely resident assessments
- Collaborate with care teams to optimize resident outcomes
- Navigate electronic health record systems
- Support regulatory compliance and documentation
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the practice state
- CPR or BLS certification
- Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records
