Part Time MDS Nurse

Role: RN MDS Nurse responsible for completing accurate MDS assessments, coordinating the RAI process, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities: Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care oversight; collaborate with management to achieve quality outcomes; serve as a key team member supporting facility success. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, valid RN license, with preferred experience in long-term care and MDS/RAI process.
