Brightmont Academy offers a unique part-time teaching opportunity focused on one-to-one instruction. Since 1999, we’ve helped students in grades 1–12 achieve their full potential through personalized learning at 26 campuses across 11 states.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in your subject area (Math, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Biology, or related field)
• Patience and empathy—you understand that every student learns differently and are committed to supporting them
• A genuine passion for teaching and sharing your subject with the next generation
• Proficiency using G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS)
• Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA only) and pass a federal background check

Bonus Qualifications

• Teaching certification (nice to have, but not required)
• Advanced degree in a specific subject area of expertise
• Previous one-to-one teaching experience
