This is a hands‑on opportunity to learn the packaging process from the ground up, work with cutting‑edge equipment, and build valuable skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to add experience, we provide on‑the-job and technical classroom training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare machines and materials for production
• Learn how to operate advanced packaging equipment
• Support basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Perform quality checks to ensure top‑notch products
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Rotate through tasks like feeding machines, loading pallets, and moving materials

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Comfortable standing for long periods and using your hands frequently
• Able to lift 10–15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Can follow instructions, multitask, and work independently or with a team
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude required
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime when production demands change

Pay & Flexibility

• Starting pay: $17.00 / hour (based on experience)
• Flexible schedules:
• 4, 6, or 8 hour shifts
• 1–5 days per week
• Up to 32 hours/week

Shift Options

• 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Sun–Thurs)
