Position Summary

We are seeking motivated, dependable high school students to join our production team in a part-time evening role. This position provides hands-on work experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while developing teamwork, responsibility, and workplace skills. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world job experience, build a resume, and earn income while balancing school commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aid in assembling, packaging, and labeling products
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work safely and follow all company safety guidelines
  • Support team members to meet daily production goals
  • Report equipment issues or concerns to a supervisor

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled high school student (16+ years old, or per state labor laws)
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
  • Basic math and reading skills

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for up to 4+ hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Repetitive hand and arm movement
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
