About the role
The Part-Time Manager at North Bend Premium Outlets is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining the store's appearance and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Manage employee relations, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and sales.
- Maintain the store's appearance and cleanliness, including the upkeep of displays and fixtures.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
