About the role

The Part-Time Manager at North Bend Premium Outlets is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining the store's appearance and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Manage employee relations, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and sales.
  • Maintain the store's appearance and cleanliness, including the upkeep of displays and fixtures.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
