About the role

Join the team at Claire’s as a part‑time manager. Drive sales, engage customers, and help bring the latest trends to life in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering next‑level customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
• Complete comprehensive piercing training, conduct piercings, educate customers on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions throughout the process.
• Maintain an Instagram‑worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy‑to‑shop layouts.
• Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high‑energy vibe.
• Represent Claire’s products and services, stay current on fashion and social media trends, and suggest products to boost sales.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, creating shareable moments.

Qualifications

• Passion for sales and hitting goals, with a customer‑first mentality.
• Social and digital savvy; aware of current trends and viral content.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated, organized, and a team player.
• Interest in fashion and ability to create curated looks during shifts.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with leadership or sales‑driving responsibilities.
• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency with POS systems for efficient transactions and sales management.
• Completed some high school education.
• Physical ability to stand for scheduled shifts, lift 11‑35 kg (25‑75 lb), bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while merchandising.
• Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Self‑motivation and ability to work alone when needed.
