About the role
We are seeking a part-time manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Arbor Lakes facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for community service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility
- Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with all policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Requirements
- At least 2 years of management experience in a similar setting
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, management, etc.) is preferred
