Part-Time Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist with expertise in Mammography to provide safe, high-quality imaging services. Key responsibilities include performing a variety of diagnostic procedures independently, ensuring patient safety and comfort, maintaining equipment, and adhering to quality control standards. Core duties involve obtaining clinical histories, verifying patient identity, reviewing images for quality, and responding to emergencies. The role requires excellent communication to explain procedures, address patient concerns, and collaborate with team members. Qualifications include an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT-Mammography, ARRT-Radiography, and BLS certifications. A minimum of 1 year of radiologic experience, including mammography, is required. Skills necessary for success encompass strong interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and proficiency in patient positioning, anatomy, pathology, and radiation safety.
