Part-Time Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist with Mammography certification to provide safe, high-quality imaging services. Responsibilities Include Performing a variety of diagnostic procedures independently, including mammography and other modalities.Preparing and positioning patients, ensuring proper identification, and maintaining patient comfort and privacy.Operating and maintaining imaging equipment safely, reporting malfunctions promptly.Ensuring images meet quality standards, reviewing radiographs, and completing documentation accurately.Responding to emergencies, using critical thinking, and adhering to sterile techniques when required.Providing patient education, explaining procedures clearly, and addressing concerns using excellent communication skills.Maintaining compliance with accreditation, regulatory standards, and infection control policies.Supporting department operations, including restocking supplies, transporting patients, and supporting team members. Qualifications Accredited radiologic technology program completion.ARRT-M Mammography, ARRT-R Radiography, and BLS certifications required.Minimum of one year of radiologic tech experience, with preferred mammography experience. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively under pressure.Knowledge of anatomy, pathology, radiation safety, and image quality standards.
